Provide high quality customer service by ensuring fulfilment promptly addressing customer inquiries resolving or escalating complaints and providing ongoing support to ensure high level customer satisfaction.
Manages customer interactions order flows and administrative activities in a structured and autonomous manner ensuring accuracy and proactive followup.
Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Work closely with sales representatives and warehouse teams to align on customer needs.
Use commercial tools and systems for routine/administrative tasks independently such as entering customer data.
Ensure the quality of the data and troubleshoot issues when needed to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
Proactively ensures own understanding of product features and benefits.

5 years of experience in B2B customer management/customer support roles ideally in plastics or related industrial sectors.
Fluent English and Portuguese.
Able to anticipate customer challenges early propose wellfounded solutions and support both colleagues and clients with a pragmatic and empathetic approach.
Able to demonstrate excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
