Job Description

Assembly Technician l Full Time l $33 pr hr

Opportunity:

As an Assembly Technician you will be responsible for assembling products in line with production documentation and safe work instructions ensuring quality and productivity targets are achieved. You will play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a clean safe and efficient work environment.

About the Role:

Assemble products according to issued production documentation and safe work instructions
Deliver work to specified quality and productivity targets
Maintain housekeeping standards in line with 5S principles
Provide timely feedback on production obstacles and bottlenecks
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Experience:

Experience using hand tools and small air/power tools
Ability to follow written procedures accurately
A positive can-do attitude
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail with quality built into your work
Computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office
Current drivers licence
A forklift licence (preferred)
Willingness to work overtime when required

Benefits: Full Time $33 pr hr

38 hours/week Monday to Friday
