We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive sustainable process for our in-store marketing and retail departments.

This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement strategies across multiple sites aligned with corporate goals and operational priorities.
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence employee engagement and problem-solving at all levels.
  • Partner with site leadership and functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement projects that enhance efficiency reduce waste and improve quality and customer satisfaction.

Process Improvement

  • Lead and facilitate Lean Kaizen and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline workflows reduce variation and improve productivity across all print and in-store marketing operations.
  • Establish implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Support implementation of standardized work procedures 5S programs and visual management systems to sustain improvements.
  • Conduct value stream mapping and root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and drive data-based solutions.

Project Management & Reporting

  • Lead cross-functional multi-site project teams to deliver measurable and sustainable business improvements.
  • Track project milestones financial savings and performance outcomes; present progress to senior leadership.
  • Ensure alignment of CI activities with health safety environmental and quality standards.
  • Coach and mentor managers supervisors in Lean and continuous improvement principles and practices

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

  • Post-secondary degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in process improvement operations or manufacturingpreferably within the print/retail/packaging industries.
  • Proven track record of leading Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives with measurable results across multiple sites.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Lean methodologies (5S Kaizen Value Stream Mapping Standard Work Visual Management etc.).
  • Excellent leadership facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and locations.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective project management organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CI tools/software; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
