Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Commercial Lines to join a growing team. This leadership role is pivotal in managing and overseeing the commercial lines department ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in commercial insurance a proven track record of success and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the commercial lines department ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Handle accounts ranging from $5000 to $100000 in size.
- Utilize Epic software to manage workflows and client information effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for growth and client retention.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of professionals fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Extensive experience in commercial insurance with a strong understanding of managing accounts within the $5000 to $100000 range.
- Proficiency in using Epic software is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
- Strong professional demeanor accountability and excellent interpersonal skills.
