What Youll Do
An exciting opportunity awaits at St Andrews Ipswich Private Hospital Ramsay Pharmacy for a motivated Hospital Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a Full-time basis.
In this customer-facing role you will be the friendly face of our retail shopfront welcoming customers answering enquiries and providing exceptional service. You will work alongside a supportive and enthusiastic team enjoy a well-balanced roster and play a key role in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
We are looking for someone whos passionate about retail pharmacy confident in guiding and assisting others and eager to contribute to a positive team culture.
What youll bring
- Ability to manage and support a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative procedural and medication safety principles
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service inventory control & continuous quality improvement.
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly desirable but not essential.
- You love working in a team and collaborating with others to deliver excellent care
It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
