Job Summary
East Midlands University Officers Training Corps exists to ENGAGE INSPIRE and DEVELOP university Officer Cadets by enhancing their leadership potential while promoting the Armys ethos and career pathways. Its purpose is to ATTRACT the next generation of leaders securing their commitment to serve as officers in the Regular and Reserve Army whilst preparing them to represent the Army throughout their careers and across wider society.
Support administrative and G7 support to Unit Training Officer for Unit training.
Deputise for Wing OCs or 2ICs in their absence or as directed by CO.
Assist with the planning and conduct of ModularTrgand PO training and examination.
Development and career advice to officers under command.
Maintain and promote military discipline values and standards.
Maintain training records and provide written reports forAlma Coy.
EnsureCoyequipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
Other Training and Administration duties as directed by the OC or CO.
