Courtyard by Marriott is designed for todays business and leisure traveller intuitive service modern spaces and a warm genuine welcome. We are now seeking a General Manager to lead Courtyard Toulouse Airport a well-positioned hotel serving a dynamic airport and corporate market.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a branded hotel with full accountability strong brand support and clear performance expectations within one of Europes most important aerospace and business hubs.
The Role
As General Manager you will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel ensuring operational excellence strong financial performance and a positive associate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providingvisible inclusive leadership across all departments
- Drivingcommercial performance including revenue strategy budgeting forecasting and cost control
- Ensuring consistent delivery ofCourtyard brand standards and Marriott service culture
- Building developing and retaining ahigh-performing leadership team
- Acting as the primary interface withownership brand partners and local stakeholders
- Creating an environment where associates feel supported engaged and empowered to deliver their best work
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational judgement clear communication and the ability to balance brand people and performance priorities.
About You
You are a capable credible hotel leader with a strong operational foundation and the confidence to lead a hotel independently.
You will bring:
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
- Proven leadership experience withinbranded hotels ideally in airport corporate or high-volume business markets
- A solid understanding ofhotel financials commercial drivers and performance metrics
- Strong people leadership skills with a natural ability to engage and develop teams
- A pragmatic calm and solutions-focused leadership style
Previous General Manager experience is welcome but not essential; equally this role will suit an established General Manager looking to lead a focused operation within a strong brand environment.
