We are looking for HR Services Specialist (Dutch Speaker) who as a key member of the HR team will take ownership of the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle ensuring a smooth and high-quality HR experience for employees across all departments and levels. The successfull candidate will be the go-to partner for accurate timely and service-oriented HR administration supporting both employees and line managers in day-to-day HR matters.
Working closely with HR Business Partners and HR Managers will help deliver consistent compliant and people-focused HR services contributing to a positive employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.
More about the role:
- Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data
- Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding changes transfers exits)
- Support line managers and employees on HR topics in Dutch and English
- Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals salary bonus)
- Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)
- Advise on HR policies procedures and employment conditions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities
- Collaborate closely with HR BPs managers and other departments
More about you:
- Education in Human Resources or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment very good understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Very good understanding of HR Process and systems (SAP Success Factor) up to date HR knowledge
- Proficient in Dutch and English
- Experience with Dutch labor law administration and payroll is very nice to have
- Strong team player with good communication skills high customer orientation and service thinking
- Very good MS Office skills (especially in excel)
