Responsibilities
Performs operational and administrative duties to assist in the coordination of Operational Clinical Quality and Educational initiatives within patient care department(s) supporting very large or multiple department units/cost centers. Leads departmental operations assistants in the coordination of support for departmental and service-line projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience in Healthcare related field.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize organize exercise independent judgement and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated problem solving organizational technical analytical and decision making abilities.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Access)
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize organize exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with others as a team communicate effectively and maintain courteous and professional demeanor and attitude at all times under stressful conditions.
PREFERRED:
- Prior Human Resources and/or Operations experience.
- Prior project / system implementation experience.
