Job Summary
Location: Bowling Green Brandywine Outpatient Location Oxford PA
Schedule: shifts as needed First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or Second Shift 4:00 PM - 12:30AM Weekends included

What Youll Do
- Provide a safe supportive and structured environment for patients.
- Conduct routine safety checks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and encourage progress toward treatment goals.
- Facilitate educational and rehabilitative groups on topics like coping skills anger management and independent living.
- Monitor patient behavior and communicate observations to nursing staff.
- Support patient well-being through compassionate interaction and professional care.
- Participate in maintaining a secure and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
What Were Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Six months or more working with behavioral health or addiction recovery populations preferred.
- License: Valid State Drivers license required for this position.
- Certifications: CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training provided upon hire). First Aid may be required based on state/facility guidelines.
