What Youll Do
As a Community Life Aide youll play a key role in enriching the daily lives of our residents. You will:
- Support the development of personalized community life plans that highlight each residents strengths interests and goals
- Observe and document resident participation mood and engagement to help track progress
- Encourage socialization physical activity personal interests and lifelong learning
- Help create a warm engaging and supportive environment where residents feel valued and connected
What Youll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for helping others and bringing joy to the lives of seniors
