CNC Night Shift Supervisor

*This position works a schedule of Monday thru Thursday from 4:50pm - 3:50am and Friday evening according to business pay range for this role is $24.00 - $28.00per hour depending on experience. A weekly attendance bonus of $44.00 per week will be added to each pay period when all scheduled hours are worked*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures operators are effectively positioned for shift and properly outfitted with necessary instruments and materials.
• Leads mentors and empowers all team members to drive manufacturing efficiency and excellence.
• Ensures all new team members receive all required training. Continuously updates processes identifies gaps and rectifiesthe issue.
• Organizes and executes work assignments based on company needs.
• Optimizes production processes maximizing throughput. Identifies areas of improvement.
• Collaborates with QC Production Manager and Production Supervisor to rectify quality concerns.
• Ensures compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.
• Actively engages in human capital management processes of recruitment performance management and terminations.
• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.

Experience Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years experience in CNC manufacturingis required.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 and quality standards.
• Competent with Microsoft Office and capable of using enterprise database systems.
• Ability to be an effective leader and communicator with all team members.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routing reports and correspondence.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
• Ability to read precision gauges and visual accuracy.
