Emory Healthcare has a unique and high-impact opportunity for a Nurse Scientist in Ambulatory Care to join our growing ambulatory and outpatient clinical enterprise.
We are seeking a clinically grounded Nurse Scientist who will embed evidence-based practice quality improvement and applied research directly into ambulatory operations partnering with clinical leaders and frontline teams to improve outcomes workforce experience and value-based performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will have a a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in nursing or related field with a strong background in research and evidence-based practices in clinical operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- PhD in nursing preferred; actively pursuing a nursing PhD a minimal requirement.
- Five years of experience in nursing practice.
- Experience in study design and the research process.
- Must have a valid active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
