Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Network Development Manager to join our Network Partnerships Team within the CareBenefits division under the Enterprise umbrella.
In this role you will own high-impact network growth initiatives with a focus on developing and expanding enterprise-level multi-location and corporate partnerships across our Adult and Child Network. You will lead complex relationship development contracting and expansion efforts while serving as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for a self-directed leader who can operate with autonomy influence stakeholders and drive scalable network growth in a fast-paced is a quota-carrying sales role with accountability for monthly network expansion goals.

What Youll Do:
- Own and drive enterprise-level network expansion identifying prospecting and securing high-value partners including large multi-location and corporate brands.
- Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with senior leaders at partner organizations.
- Lead complex deal strategy and execution including outreach strategy negotiations contracting renewals and expansion planning.
- Create and manage a strategic pipeline focused on scalable high-impact growth opportunities.
- Proactively research and identify new network growth opportunities by geography care type and provider segment.
- Reactivate or source new partners to support time-sensitive enterprise client needs while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Serve as a key liaison between Network Partnerships and internal teams including Legal Insurance Operations Sales and Product.
- Anticipate and resolve structural or operational blockers impacting enterprise onboarding and expansion.
- Influence internal processes and policies based on partner feedback and market insights.
- Analyze network performance metrics including fulfillment backouts escalations coverage gaps and geographic density.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that improve network depth reliability and client outcomes.
- Leverage reporting tools and dashboards to inform prioritization and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain playbooks pitch decks and process documentation to support scalable network growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex partnerships and enterprise deals.
- Mentor and support team members through knowledge sharing deal strategy guidance and best practice development.
Who You Are:
- 5 years of experience in sales network growth partnerships or high-volume recruiting with demonstrated success in complex deal environments.
- Proven ability to own and grow enterprise or multi-location partnerships.
- Highly proficient in Salesforce and Google Workspace Tableau or other reporting software.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a strategic action-oriented mindset.
- Experience with contract negotiation vendor or agency partnerships and renewal management preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change improve processes and scale best practices in fast-paced environments.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70000$80000 Commission
