HR Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards and internal databases

• Review resumes and help screen applicants for open roles

• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates TA Specialists and hiring managers

• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System Workday as needed

• Support employer branding initiatives including social media posts and job description updates

• Participate in career fairs recruiting events and onboarding activities

• Help with ongoing projects including updating database of high school industrial education instructors and technical college diesel instructor contacts

Qualifications:

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors degree preferably in Human Resources

• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher strongly preferred

• Strong organization and attention to detail required

• Excellent communication skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments/project components simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team

• Self-motivated with a strong drive and sense of urgency

The pay range for this position is

Starting wage is dependent on skills experience education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicants location. Along with competitive pay full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
