As a Senior Educator at Goodstart youll take charge of your own room leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Youll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe inform and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

At our intimate 75 place centre we provide a child-initiated learning environment that supports all childrens developmental goals. Our holistic play-based curriculum is founded on collaboration between families and Educators and our key Educator-child relationships reflect the Reggio Emilia approach fostering security and trust.
We promote childrens rights and ensure their voices are heard in an environment that is literature-rich sustainable inviting enriching and engaging. Our centre is highly diverse with families from Indian Japanese Vietnamese Korean Philippine Torres Strait Islander Aboriginal and Spanish backgrounds.
