Job Summary

The Nursing Project Analyst partners directly with the Clinical Program Director to lead and strengthen product recall operations across the Johns Hopkins Health System and Johns Hopkins University. This highly visible role plays a critical part in advancing patient safety regulatory compliance and system-wide this dynamic hybrid position the RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to optimize recall processes across multiple sites. Occasional travel is required throughout the DMV region including Hagerstown Columbia and the greater Baltimore area.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing comprehensive communication strategies and recall notification workflows

Collaborating with local supply chain leaders and clinical stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant recall execution

Actively participating in the Medical Device Safety Committee to support system-wide safety initiatives

Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency documentation and regulatory readiness

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree preferred

Minimum of three (3) years of RN experience; prior product recall experience strongly preferred

Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license at time of hire

Demonstrated success working in remote or hybrid environments

Salary Range: Minimum 42.34/hour - Maximum 65.62/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
