Financial Analyst (Modeling & Data Analysis)
Our client is looking to add a Financial Analyst to support a growing portfolio of analytical and modeling initiatives that directly influence business decisions.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build strong modeling skills work on meaningful projects and develop the ability to turn data into insight.
Salary range: $90000 to $135000 DOE. Relocation Assistance available if applicable.
What Youll Be Doing
- Support the maintenance updating and improvement of financial and operational models
- Work with data to analyze trends validate assumptions and ensure accuracy across models
- Assist in short-term analytical projects focused on specific business segments or initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support implementation of model-driven changes
- Contribute to research analysis and reporting efforts that inform business decisions
- Help prepare presentations and materials that communicate findings to stakeholders
- Track progress on assigned workstreams and support timely delivery of project milestones
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in finance analytics accounting or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis modeling or reporting)
- Ability to work with data and identify patterns inconsistencies and insights
- Solid communication skills and an interest in explaining data to others
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Exposure to financial modeling forecasting or cost analysis
- Experience working with large datasets or data visualization tools
- Familiarity with tools like Python R or SQL
