What Youll do

Supervision of assigned team members including goal setting team building and performance management (EMEA APAC LAC Media).
Training and professional development of subordinate analysts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and finance partners
Work with international team members on collection efforts
Ensure accurate and timely invoice issuance and application of cash payments
Control point monitoring
Assist in development and maintenance of process performance measurements
Contract interpretation and analysis including the ability to translate complex contractual terms to advanced excel modeling to validate third party calculations.
Journal entry processing/account reconciliations
Assist management in the preparation of interim and annual audit requirements
Provide scheduled deliverables in a timely manner and ad-hoc reporting as requested
Conduct and document monthly dunning calls
Overtime and weekend hours may be required to meet deadlines

What Were looking for

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with 5-7 years related experience
Supervisory experience helpful
Excellent MS Excel Skills
NetSuite Experience Preferred
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience tailoring and summarizing information based on audience: Financial & Non-financial audience Staff to Senior Management
