The Benefits

  • Salary -Starting on 7561.68 p.a. following training youll move to 7889.22p.a. (based on 50 hours per month).
  • Holidays- 25 days holiday plus public holidays and the opportunity to buy and sell up to 3 days (pro-rata).

About the role:

This will be a permanent part-time role and youll work 50 hours per monthhelping tomaintain exceptional service even during busy periods.

As a Key Time Worker you will be part of a team which is committed to delivering an outstanding customer addition to providing an efficient cashiering service our colleagues are able to spot opportunities to help our customers talk confidently about our brilliant products and services and generally look after our customer needs. There will also be opportunities within this role to work collaboratively with other areas across the business.

The role will be primarily based at our Bramptonbranch but you may be required to work in other branches in Carlisle andsurroundingareadepending on business need.

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence in working in a customer facing environment and motivated to achieve key objectives.
  • Be flexible to work across multiple locations building excellent relationships within existing teams.
