At SPCA Florida our doctors work 7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m. with no weekend shifts and no on-call responsibilities. We believe great veterinarians thrive when theyre supported respected and given the tools they need to succeed both professionally and personally.
We provide Compassion Care funds to ensure animals are not turned away due to financial hardship allowing you to focus on patient care rather than production quotas.

What Were Looking For
  • DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution
  • Active non-restricted veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • Small animal experience
  • Strong leadership skills

  • Commitment to compassionate community-focused care
  • Desire to mentor and grow professionally
