Job Summary
Professional Security Guard to help maintain a safe fun and welcoming environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure highly observant and confident in enforcing policies while delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances exits and the dance floor to ensure guest safety
- Verify guest identification and enforce age restrictions
- Enforce club rules capacity limits and dress code policies
- De-escalate conflicts and handle disturbances in a calm professional manner
- Remove intoxicated disruptive or unauthorized individuals when necessary
- Respond quickly to emergencies medical incidents or safety concerns
- Conduct routine patrols of the venue including restrooms and outdoor areas
- Coordinate with management bartenders and local law enforcement as needed
- Complete incident reports accurately and promptly
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior security bouncer or law enforcement experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to remain alert and focused in a fast-paced loud environment
- Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Must be 21 or older
