Practice Manager Multi-Site Clinics
Up to $100000 Super Quarterly Bonuses

Bella Vista Main Location
Hours: Vary depending on clinic schedules (early starts and occasional late finishes)

This beautiful not-for-profit organisation supports specialist doctors by providing fully serviced clinic environments and has operated for over 25 years. The role has become available due to the long-term Practice Managers promotion. The environment is professional and fast-paced with a strong focus on cardiology services. You will work closely with doctors diagnostic staff nurses and administration teams to ensure the five clinics run efficiently and professionally. Travel between sites is required with mileage reimbursed.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing AM and PM clinic sessions across multiple sites
Managing complex rosters timesheets and charge-outs to doctors
Monitoring productivity billing and clinic efficiency
Leading and supporting eight direct reports
Staff performance management and identifying training needs
Liaising closely with doctors to manage expectations and individual requirements
Reporting to senior leadership and a Board of Doctors

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as a Practice Manager or senior leader in specialist medical clinics
Strong leadership communication and people management skills
Experience managing multiple sites rosters and stakeholders
Highly organised resilient and calm under pressure
Experience using medical practice management systems
Highly desirable: Cardiology Neurology or Vascular clinic exposure
