WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Provide inbound customer support.
Help customers resolve technical issues.
Assist in correcting billing concerns.
Ensure the appropriateness of social media content.
Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills integrity knowledge and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
1 years of customer service experience required
Preferred experience with retail.
Demonstrate experience & ability to uncover the right solution by asking probing questions
Demonstrate experience & ability to utilize resources and/or articles to provide correct information
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

The base salary range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage) plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location qualifications skills education experience and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical dental and vision insurance comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP) 401(k) retirement plan paid time off and holidays and paid training days.
