We are seeking an experienced Ford-certified Senior Master Automotive Technician to join our service team. This role is ideal for a Ford Master Technician with advanced diagnostic and repair experience who takes pride in delivering top-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
As a Senior Master Technician you will diagnose and repair complex mechanical concerns perform advanced repairs and serve as a technical leader within the service department.

Responsibilities:
Perform advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance on Ford and other vehicles
Diagnose complex mechanical and drivability concerns using factory and aftermarket diagnostic tools
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer specifications
Document all diagnostic steps repairs and services performed
Continually grow and maintain technical knowledge and certifications through ongoing training
Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs
Assist in maintaining a clean organized and safe work environment
Follow all dealership safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ford Certification required (Master Technician preferred)
ASE Certification
Previous experience working at a Ford dealership
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
Strong knowledge of automotive systems components and repair procedures
Advanced diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and shop equipment
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced service environment
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
