Hadleigh High School is seeking to appoint a full/part-time creative and inspirational Teacher of Science. Science is a popular subject at the school with students excelling at all levels.
This post will involve teaching Science to Years 7-11 and Mathematics to Years 7-9. We are happy to accept applications from teachers at any stage in their career and we can offer you the opportunity to progress within a supportive school environment.

Hadleigh High School is a vibrant student- focused 11 16 secondary school rated Good by Ofsted in October 2024. Training is delivered every Monday and it is divided between departmental sessions on subject pedagogy and broader professional enquiry accessed via the Great Teacher Toolkit. All colleagues are part of the whole school coaching programme where we review effective lesson structures and pedagogy enabling all of us to continually reflect on our current teaching and always seek to improve.
By investing in staff development our staff body is up to date with the latest thinking and practice in education. This in turn enables them to provide the best learning opportunities for our students something we are passionate about every day we come to work.
