Role Summary and Impact
We are currently looking for a Manager Performance to join us. You will be responsible the entire end to end of campaign management process to support WPPMedia agencies and clients.
The WPPMedia Social team is responsible for best-in-class activation across Social platforms and to help achieve campaign KPls. They are also supporting the delivery of tasks such as reporting output offer insights and recommendations across strategic planning and agency pitches.
In this role you will be responsible to manage the biddable operations across social platforms and be the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for achieving campaign deliveries troubleshooting campaign issues providing key insights for social activations under your purview

Responsibilities of the role:
Day to day business management - Work across all aspects of the biddable business for client campaign operations regular analysis of live campaigns raise any alarms in case of any issues recommending new products
Biddable Excellence - Ensuring gold class delivery on campaign while following the excellence frameworks and best practices followed by the brand
Network Management - Learning how to work with multiple markets and cultures and developing a good relationship with agency and client teams across the region and globe.
Planning Input -
Reporting - Timely reporting for all biddable platforms like Facebook Google Twitter Campaign Manager Analytics etc. to the market teams and the client to take the right decisions.
Team Development: Share regular updates on new products or positive campaign results with larger team so that other markets can also adopt the learnings
