The Opportunity

As Sales Manager you are in charge of developing new business opportunities with new clients with a main focus on medium & large businesses. You are responsible for the development of a new client portfolio in Lausanne region. You support and advise these businesses on their payment needs & solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the development of a new client portfolio within Lausanne region.

• You support and advise these businesses on their payment needs & solutions (Face 2 Face E-com).
• You visit on a regular basis medium and large sized prospects to develop new business opportunities.
• You reach out actively to potential prospects via cold calling based on data base research.
• You also follow-up on leads received via other channels.
• You negotiate and close deals
• You participate in networking events

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

• You have preferably a Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
• At least 3 years experience in Sales (similar position)
• Fluent in German and English
• You are a passionate about sales equipped with the perseverance and resilience needed to achieve success
• Administration preciseness & follow-up of your sales activities is a key ability
• Result driven team player
• Ability to work on own initiative and stick to tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills
