Insurance Sales Producer - Remote

As an Insurance Sales Producer with Western Financial Group you will be be provided warm leads from the company website to sell a variety of Personal Lines Insurance Products.

Here is what a typical day looks like

• Conduct sales calls with new business leads provided from the company website
• Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
• Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
• Continuous self-development through industry and community involvement and industry related courses

• RIBO License required and proven success in insurance sales

• A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation

Role Details

• Hours: Full Time Permanent - Availability to work a total of 37.5 hours/week within Digital Sales team operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm and Rotational Weekends 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Location: Remote across Canada
