We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Fixed Income Settlements team.This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely settlement of US and Mexican bond trades including cash and repo transactions. You will play a key part in maintaining precise books and records performing reconciliations and resolving trade discrepancies
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily settlement activities for US & Mexican bond and repo trades.
Perform end-of-day reconciliations to ensure accuracy of positions.
Monitor and resolve failed trades promptly.
Investigate trade discrepancies and perform research as needed.
Process cash movements and clear stock & cash breaks.
Collaborate with internal teams custodians and clients for issue resolution.
Utilize trade monitoring systems such as APEX ICI and Calypso.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in finance Business or related field.
35 years of relevant experience in securities settlements or operations
good to have US Market Experience but not required
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial markets and products.
Excellent communication skills in English.
