RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shop Foreman is responsible for ensuring (1) the proper repair and servicing of all the vehicles taken in by the service department and (2) maintaining technician productivity at levels determined by service management. This task is accomplished by providing direct on-the-job assistance to technicians coordinating and conducting training inspecting jobs for proper completion and creating an environment for high productivity through motivational leadership and effective administration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Nissan master technician certification
- Previous shop foreman experience preferred but not necessary
- Are a fast learner
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Are a team player
- Are computer literate
- Have a valid drivers license
