Engaging Instruction with Purpose:

WhatWereLooking For:
Masters degree in PhilosophyorMastersin a related field with at least 12 graduate semester hours in Philosophy (Ph.D. preferred)
3 years of post-secondary teaching experience in Philosophy
Strong communicationskills collegiality and ability to work cooperatively
Ability to adapt instruction across lectures group work individual instruction online formats and technology-enhanced learning
Proficiencywith standard technology tools (internet email word processing spreadsheets presentations)
Commitment to professional development and community college teaching
Experience with instructional technology and online delivery preferred
Availability to teach in hybrid and in-person modalities
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring managers discretion. All candidates must reside within or be willing to relocate to a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
