Administrative Sales Coordinator Description
Our client a distributor of industrial products is looking for an Administrative Sales Coordinator to add to their this role you will support one of their top Regional Account Managers in a fast-paced work environment ensuring key accounts and customers have the products they need to maintain their operations. Responsibilities include preparing quotes with product information and pricing processing orders maintaining account records and assisting with customer inquiries. Our client is seeking someone with prior administrative or sales support experience who can operate with precision and high attention to detail. Success in this role requires proactive problem solving multitasking thorough information gathering and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt seamless support. Administrative Sales Coordinator Responsibilities
Support a designated Regional Sales Manager with key accounts and customer needs
Gather information as needed for product pricing and quotations
Contribute to customer satisfaction through prompt support and service by phone and email
Proactively address and help resolve order issues as they arise
Manage ERP and CRM data entry and ensure accurate sales and order documentation
Support gross margin growth within quoting and contract pricing parameters
Review successes/challenges with assigned accounts during weekly planning meetings
Monitor and analyze sales metrics milestones and results
Support product launch activities and follow up on trade shows
Administrative Sales Coordinator Qualifications
1 years of administrative or sales support experience required
Detail oriented while multitasking across assignments and systems simultaneously required
Proficiency with MS Office specifically Excel required
