Job Summary

Were looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Backend Engineer to join our team at our Berlin office. You will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining robust systems using your strong Golang development skills.
Working with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker.
Collaborating effectively with team members across all stages of development.
Demonstrating a passion for learning and improving existing processes and codebases.

What You Bring

Hard Skills

Strong proficiency in Golang.
Understanding of NodeJS development.
Extensive experience with microservices architecture and containerisation.
Strong understanding of communication protocols including REST gRPC and GraphQL.
Experience with databases such as Postgres DB and Mongo DB.
Familiarity with Elastic Search is considered a nice-to-have.
Academic Requirements: Formal academic degree is not strictly required; we value the ability to code.

Soft Skills

Methodological: Conceptual thinking Analytical thinking and strong Organizational skills.
Social: Excellent Teamwork strong Dialogue skills and a high Sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Language Skills: Fluent in English good to have German knowledge but not mandatory
