DescriptionThe Cyber Solution Architect is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture that protects the organizations critical IT systems and data. The Cyber Solution Architect will work closely with the IT DevOps and security teams to ensure security is integrated throughout the technology ecosystem.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Skills:
Cybersecurity Architecture Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement a robust scalable and resilient cybersecurity architecture including security controls access management threat detection and incident response.
- Understanding in Deep for IEC62443 standard and requirements.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging security technologies such as Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS) Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions and Security Operations Center (SOC) tools.
- Ensure the seamless integration of security into the organizations network infrastructure including Load Balancers (LB) Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and other core networking components.
- Develop and maintain security policies standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Security Integration and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the IT DevOps and other teams to integrate security into all aspects of the technology ecosystem including software development cloud deployments and infrastructure management.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the leadership team on cybersecurity risks mitigation strategies and investment priorities.
- Collaborate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to ensure effective monitoring incident response and threat management.
Continuous Improvement and Standardization:
- Continuously monitor the threat landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for improving the organizations security posture.
- Develop and maintain a standardized and repeatable approach to security architecture leveraging best practices and proven methodologies.
- Implement processes and tools to automate and streamline security-related tasks such as vulnerability management patch deployment and configuration management.
Leadership skills
- Handling datacenter Subcontractors.
- Leading maintaining and managing technical documentations.
- Interacting with Customer and consultant.
- Point of Integrating with ICT Network and Network Security sub vertical teams.
- Point of Integration with Honeywell Application Security team.
- Layer one of technical escalation.
- Rising a technical reporting to ICT vertical Leader.
- Handling Site and resources activities.
- Ability to Demonstrate organizational writing and prioritization skills.
QualificationsQualifications & Education:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Security or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Must be certificated IEC62443.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and design with a strong understanding of security technologies and best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions including IDPS SIEM SOC and LB.
- Proficient in network security including the design and deployment of ACI and other core networking components.
- Familiarity with security standards regulations and frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO HIPAA PCI DSS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into effective security solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as CISSP CISM or TOGAF are highly desirable.
