Shuttle Attendant Team Member Job Description

Pay Rate $17.00 p/h (5 day of pay vacation after 6 month)

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers as they board and exit the shuttle bus
Queue staff in line
Communicate with the driver as needed via radio
Understand emergency responses and make decisions in emergency situations
Help with finding staff vehicles
Control staff parking
Assist with staff staying in designated areas
Communicate walking path with staff if they want to walk to JPMC
Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit
Provide information and directions as needed
Monitor passenger behavior and address any issues promptly and professionally
Assist with luggage or belongings as required
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus interior
Support the driver with boarding procedures and emergency protocols
Report incidents or maintenance needs to the supervisor
