This is an on-site position at Reston headquarters and locations across Reston Association applicable to the Tennis department. Your seasonal position may require travel to multiple Reston Association sites based on the duties required.
Position Overview

As the communitys steward RA is responsible for maintaining the quality of life in Reston chiefly by caring for and administering the communitys most precious asset its real property.
At RA our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are actively seeking a Pickleball Instructor to join our team! The primary function of this position is to promote and grow the racquet sports program by teaching Pickleball lessons and clinics and by implementing and managing Pickleball programs. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality recreational experiences and fostering a love for Pickleball in the community.
The Pickleball Instructor will be responsible for teaching group and private lessons organizing social events and tournaments and supporting the overall growth of the program. This position requires strong communication skills a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with a team in a dynamic outdoor environment.
This position offers 3-6 hours per week from April-November. These hours depend on operational needs and are subject to change.
