We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Furniture Setup Crew Supervisor to join our team. This hybrid role combines office-based planning in Vienna with fly-in assignments at major international events.
- Supervise furniture set-up and dismantling crew on site during international events
- Manage furniture inventory offloading storage packing and correct allocation according to layouts
- Coordinate closely with Logistics Transport Infrastructure Client Relations and suppliers
- Ensure adherence to schedules layouts and health & safety standards under tight deadlines
- Handle last-minute client requests and operational challenges during event build-up and event days
- Plan shifts brief teams and train new team members when required
- Prepare packing lists verify truck loading and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support post-event reporting and continuous process improvements
- From the Vienna office: plan furniture set-up schedules coordinate warehouse preparation order equipment and ensure the team is fully prepared for each event
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in event operations logistics or furniture handling
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems on the spot
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Good command of English and confident communication in multicultural teams
- Willingness to travel internationally for fly-in assignments
