POSITION SUMMARY (Objective/Purpose of Position):
Strong focus on the VAVE activity to drive value management on cost-down activities from RFI/RFQ to Post-SOP with interdisciplinary project teams. Coordinate for all VAVE projects within PM to drive all resources of VAVE enhancement to ensure seamless execution.
Our APQP-Projects transform Award Letters into profitable new Business in Top Quality into our Operations. The Program Manager leads our cross-functional teams to ensure the project targets for the assigned projects.
Enhance the customer relationship for the project including customer communication coordination and issue resolution within the enterprise.
Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
and drive Value Management on cost-down activities from RFI/RFQ to Post-SOP for China customers with interdisciplinary project teams.
and tracking the Asia VAVE projects for VAVE implementation to secure the SOP on time and saving meeting target.
stakeholders informed of project progress and addressing concerns in a timely manner
regular VAVE progress reports for management including VAVE saving timelines and challenges
communicate and update project planning (milestones deliverables cost). Track and communicate status of projects (progress risks issues impacts profitability)
support and follow up escalations in case that project targets get in danger. Drive solutions and decisions to ensure success of the program.
7. Provide input on sales prices for design changes provide input on IC sales prices updates
- Minimum 5 years of job experience in an industrial environment
- Automotive experience
- 3-5 years of project experience
