Job Summary

Client Engagement Manager Complex Care (SIL)

Full time NSW Travel required

For the first time in over 11 years AAC is opening recruitment for a new Client Engagement Manager. Our previous superstar has retired and were excited to welcome someone who will continue her legacy of delivering gold class experiences to new clients and the case managers who represent them.

AAC supports people living with brain injury spinal cord injury and degenerative neurological conditions all of whom require 24/7 support either in their own home or in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). Case managers and families come to us when they need clarity honesty and meaningful solutions not vague conversations or surface level engagement.

About the Role

This is a purposeful people focused role. Youll be the connection point between AAC and the broader health disability and community sector helping case managers families and clinicians navigate life changing decisions with confidence.

You will:

Build new relationships and nurture valuable long-term connections

Meet potential clients families case managers clinicians and referrers face to face

Travel regularly to remain visible and accessible across regions

Provide purposeful solution driven engagement these are not coffee catch ups but meaningful conversations that help people determine whether AAC is the right fit

Take the time to deeply understand each clients goals needs and environment

Guide case managers honestly including confidently saying were not the right provider when appropriate

Represent AAC with warmth professionalism and integrity

Work closely with our leadership and Client Engagement Team as we strengthen and grow our referral network
