What youll be doing

• Leading coaching and motivating a multi-skilled team in atrade-driven store environment

• Beinghands-on on the floor supporting staff and customers throughout the day

• Overseeing daily store operations includingstock flow merchandising and trade order fulfilment

• Coordinating and managingdeliveries logistics and supplier interactions

• Ensuring strong product knowledge across the team to support trade and builder customers

• Driving operational efficiency safety standards and sales performance

• Building and maintaining strong relationships withbuilders contractors and volume trade customers

• Working closely with ownership and leadership to deliver business and operational goals

What were looking for

• Ahands-on operational leaderwho leads by example

• Strong understanding oftrade customers products and supply flow

• Experience coordinatingdeliveries stock movement and daily logistics

• Proven ability to motivate develop and hold teams accountable

• Background in hardware trade construction supply or big-box retail (highly desirable)

• Organised practical and solution-focused with a strong work ethic

• Someone who enjoys being part of atight-knit hard-working team
