Senior Manager, Store FSQA

This Sr. Manager position has a broad accountability for Dominos store food safety programs. This team leader will ensure successful risk assessment and risk mitigation program implementation and execution. For Dominos International and U.S. business this role collaborates closely with Domestic and International Business and FSQA teams to ensure that store food safety standard auditing reporting and escalation programs are developed and executed. This role will also oversee the collaboration with Operations teammates to strategize develop and implement store food safety risk reduction programs. This role may collaborate with other FSQA and operations teammates to support complaint and crisis management activities.

Main responsibilities

• Provides strategic key inputs and supports FSQA cross functional and franchisee team efforts to establish short-term (annual) and long-term (3-5 years) strategic goals and priorities to develop execution roadmap and to deliver key results.
• Leads store food safety and regulatory end-to-end program including risk assessment standards development audit compliance escalation crisis management and risk mitigation strategy tactics and execution.
• Helps build and drive accountability with U.S. business to meet Dominos and regulatory standards. Works very closely with International FSQA and business teams to ensure that international auditing programs are cross-functional. Leads cross functional team to create and execute strategy and tactics to reduce store food safety risk. Drives learnings and best practices to international markets and teammates.
• Builds regulatory and industry relationships as appropriate to facilitate store food safety accountability. Builds and maintains close relationships with audit suppliers to ensure collaboration and smooth implementation.
• Oversees Store Food Safety Center of Excellence. Consults with international teammates and master franchisees as appropriate to build their accountability and capability for farm-to-fork food safety regulatory and ingredient quality programs.
• Supports teammates and franchisees on timely solutions and corrective actions that lead to compliance.
• Builds franchisee risk reduction capability by developing and implementing training and continuous improvement programs. Provides meaningful input to the evolution of Corporate Evaluation program.
• Acts as the store food safety knowledge hub for existing and emerging regulations standards and guidance documents & to build capability of QA and business teammates.
• Plans prepares and/or presents relevant content at the International Committee Department and other key meetings.
• Manages team to perform against objectives and key results that tie to department and company priorities. Provides clear accountability and authority to FSQA teammates and ensures the team support and resourcing is commensurate with expectations.
• Builds department employee engagement scores year over year. Acts as a coach to support team member learning and professional growth.

Qualifications :

• BS degree preferred in Biology Microbiology Chemistry Food Science or related area.
• 7 years experience working in FSQA regulatory compliance standards auditing and/or food manufacturing
• Ability and comfort to make grey area decisions with varying levels of information
• Knowledgeable and fluent in restaurant and food manufacturing and safety standards auditing schemes and regulations
• Understanding of or proven ability to learn restaurant and food manufacturing distribution and store safety quality and regulatory environment and translate to actionable standards
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Able to move in fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Superior project management skills include the ability to prioritize themselves and their team manage complexity create action assignments verify completion of tasks and follow up
• Ability to understand influence and drive results within cross-functional teams with consistent high standards and high drive
• Ability to develop talent through coaching feedback exposure and stretch assignments
• Builds effective teams with diverse mix of styles and perspectives that all collaborate toward one united goal
