Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to announce a leadership opportunity at our newly acquired partnership within an outstanding senior community in Janesville Wisconsin. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to serve as our Rehab Director and lead therapy services within this vibrant community.

PT or OTR Rehab Director Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Therapy Department ensuring high-quality efficient service delivery
Supervise mentor and develop therapy staff to promote clinical excellence
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct patient care as needed while overseeing departmental operations
Manage scheduling staffing and productivity standards
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Monitor clinical outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Foster a positive team-oriented culture that supports growth and accountability
Maintain accurate documentation and oversee regulatory readiness
Advocate for residents to ensure optimal functional independence and quality of life
Qualifications & Attributes
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Wisconsin
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and operational management skills
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Passion for senior rehabilitation and enhancing quality of life

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist
- 1 year experience as a treating clinician required
