Bakery Assistant Manager

• Assistsindirectionand supervision of all aspects ofCafépersonnel in allcapacitiesthereby ensuring top efficiency and high guest satisfaction.

• Assistsin Coordination and supervises the preparation presentation and service of food and beverage products toensure highest quality at all times.

• Assists Outlet Manager by training all new and current employees.

• Monitor the performance of the outlets through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems.

• Greet guestsas they walk into theCafé and ensurestaff members approachcustomerson time and follow all steps of service.

• Reviews with allManagersany informationofpastpresentand upcoming events.

• Inspects all sidestationare fully stocked for upcomingshiftand ensure daily side job lists are followed and completed.

• Responsible for setup procedures in all outlets and overall staff appearance.

• Conduct daily lineupsand review Riverside Hotel newsletter.

• Resolves any complaintsquestionsor comments from guestseitherin Café or any online platforms.

• Establish &maintainapplicable preventive cleaningside front back and outside ofthe Caféis always clean andwell-maintained.

• Monitor employee hours and responsible for payroll control in the absence of the Outlet Manager.

• Ensures that all cashiers andserverspaperwork has been completed properly.

• Daily inspection of restaurant for physical appearance/maintenance needs (burned out light bulbs broken furniture aligned tables flowers plants clean windows etc.)

• Follow up on any request/message frompreviousshift manager

• Ensure thatFOH inventoryismaintainedby following par list.

• Maintaining partnerships withlocal businesses and surroundingresidencebuildings.

• Assistin definingdesigningand implementing a creative visual merchandisingstrategy.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients andretainexisting ones for various events(includingbusiness meetings bridal showers baby showers etc.).

• Create great teamwork andmoraleamongst staff.

Performs any other duties assigned byManager.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this Job the employeeis regularly required tostand; walk; use handsfinger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employeeis occasionally required tostoop kneel crouch or crawl.

The employee mustfrequentlylift and/or move up to 25 vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheralvisionand ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
