About the position

Gulfstreams brand marketing team is seeking a motivated marketing or business student interested in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with brand and marketing team members on initiatives involving customer acquisition retention digital marketing and merchandising. This is an in-person internship beginning Fall 2026 through Spring 2027.

Responsibilities may include (and are not limited to):

  • Provide campaign development and advertising supportincluding planning and research analysis and reporting
  • Assist with vendor management in collaboration with procurement and contracts teams
  • Support CRM marketing automation systems and data management activities
  • Help with inventory management shipping and warehouse support
  • Administrative and other tasks as assigned

Education and training requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a similar field
  • Graduation date must be during or after May 2027 (must have finished sophomore year)
  • Must be able to work at least 32 hours per week (40 hours is preferred)

Experience and other requirements:

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Some experience with CRM or marketing automation applications is a plus
  • Must be punctual and trustworthy with a get-it-done attitude
  • Must be a team player who has demonstrated the ability to develop strong relationships
  • Must be willing to work independently or in teams depending on the project or task
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Other Requirements:
    1. Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelors degree or higher.
    2. Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date.
    3. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
    4. Rotation Requirements: Juniors 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students 1 rotation.
    5. Minimum duration: 1214 weeks (summer); 1416 weeks (spring and fall).
    6. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
    7. Must have reliable transportation.
    This job requires one to be able to read write speak and understand the English language.
