This is a strategic role that bridges HR compensation strategy with cutting-edge technology to enhance employee experience. This position focuses on designing intuitive digital interfaces optimizing HR systems and leveraging AI and data analytics to streamline compensation benefits and rewards processes. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless transparent and user-friendly interactions for employees while driving operational efficiency and compliance.

This position is critical in shaping amodern digital-first total rewards experiencethat empowers employees with transparency and ease of access while driving HR efficiency through technology. The ideal candidate will be astrategic thinker tech-savvy leader and employee advocatewho can bridge the gap between HR strategy and IT execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology & Data Strategy

  • Lead the implementation configuration and optimization ofHCM systems(e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) for compensation benefits and rewards modules.
  • Ensuredata accuracy security and compliancein compensation and benefits systems.
  • IntegrateAI and automationto enhance predictive analytics benchmarking and decision-making in total rewards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to align technology with business needs.

2. User Experience & Digital Transformation

  • Design and improveemployee-facing digital interfacesfor compensation benefits and rewards to enhance transparency and accessibility.
  • Reduce complexity in pay structures benefits enrollment and merit cycles throughintuitive UX/UI design.
  • Partner with HR and IT to transition frommanual/Excel-based processesto automated self-service workflows.

3. Process Optimization & Automation

  • StreamlineTotal Rewards processesthrough digital workflows.
  • Implementreal-time analytics dashboardsfor HR and leadership to track compensation trends and employee sentiment.
  • Identify opportunities forAI-driven automationin rewards administration.

4. Strategic Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely withHR Finance and Legal teamsto ensure compensation strategies align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Advocate fordata-driven decision-makingin total rewards using analytics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead ofindustry trendsin compensation technology AI and employee experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10 yearsin HR Technology Compensation or Total Rewards with a strong focus onHCM systems.
  • Experience inUX/UI design principlesfor HR systems with a focus on employee self-service.
  • Ability to bring clarity and direction in complex dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency indata analytics AI and automation toolsfor compensation and benefits.
  • Strong understanding ofcompensation structures benefits administration and compliance.
  • Excellentstakeholder managementskills with the ability to collaborate across HR IT and Finance.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 224700 - 525600(USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
