- Supporting the management and coordination of Mechanical Electrical and HVAC work-packs within the system to ensure accurate tracking progress reporting and integration with project delivery.
- Developing detailed understanding of the initial projects overall configuration management arrangements in particular as they pertain to managing the transition from design configuration management to physical configuration.
- Understanding the lock and freeze process and its role in ensuring configuration control as the initial project transitions into installation and then commissioning.
- Defining implementing and improving Configuration Management arrangements (e.g. standards procedures guidance forms and tools) to ensure adequate and proportionate configuration control is established and maintained.
