Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for Trainee Dental Nurse looking to start a rewarding career in healthcare to join our experienced & friendly team at our fully private Derwent Street Dental Practice in Belper.
The essentials:
- Full time 36.25 hours
- Monday - Friday 8.45 - 5.15. Late shifts until 7.15pm are worked on a rota basis across the team and will most likely be Mondays and Wednesdays (max 2 per week)
- Time off during the week in lieu of late shift hours
- Competitive hourly rate
- Free parking on site & locally
- 4 surgery fully private & busy practice with opportunity to work with general dentistry hygiene and ortho
- Training supported by our highly experienced supportive team -your course will be fully funded by us and is overseen by an external course provider
- Beautiful practice near main bus routes

- Ideally Maths & English GCSE grade A-C/4-9 or Key Skills/Functional Skills Level 2
- Confident communicator with an empathetic service-focused approach
- Keen to learn how to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist hygienist or therapist in a wide variety of procedures
