Im working with a really lovely firm based in central Bristol. The firm works exclusively on favourable terms with clients in the charitable sector and employs a very high calibre team to perform their work to a very high standard.
Joining the team as an Audit Senior this is a very responsible role where your duties will include the following:
Leading and conducting charity audits and independent examinations
Preparing charity SORP accounts
Preparing management reports and audit letters
Leading client meetings
Supervising and mentoring junior staff
Opportunities to participate in ad hoc projects to include trustee training grant audits VAT reviews systems implementations and virtual FD work
This role would suit a fully qualified ACA or ACCA with extensive experience working within external audit in practice. A keen interest in the charitable sector is essential and it would be preferable if you have previous experience working with a charity clients.
