Job Summary
We are looking for an all-round Food & Beverage Team Member to join our team.
Whether you prefer morning shifts or evening shifts this role offers a great mix of variety and guest interaction.
What will you do
Morning tasks (Breakfast shifts starts at 5:30 or 7:00)
- Preparing and setting up the breakfast buffet
- Welcoming guests and explaining the breakfast options
- Serving coffee tea and other beverages
- Refilling food items and keeping the buffet clean and wellstocked
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Ensuring the breakfast area looks tidy and inviting
- Assisting with dishwashing and keeping the kitchen area clean
Evening tasks (Bar/Restaurant shifts starts at 16:00)
- Welcoming guests to the bar restaurant or terrace
- Taking orders and advising guests on drinks and food
- Preparing and serving beverages (including alcoholic drinks)
- Serving dishes and clearing tables
- Ensuring the bar and restaurant areas are clean and presentable
- Handling payments
- Assisting with small bar tasks (cutting garnishes polishing glasses etc.)
- Supporting with dishwashing together with your colleagues
General tasks (both morning & evening)
- Providing excellent service to all guests
- Ensuring a warm friendly and professional atmosphere
- Communicating with the kitchen and reception when needed
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Helping colleagues in other departments when necessary
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated colleague who:
- Is available parttime (2 to 4 days per week)
- Has experience in the hotel industry/ restaurant and/or bar.
- Has a true passion for hospitality
- Speaks English fluently
- Is flexible (morning evening and weekend shifts)
- Speaking Spanish and/or French Thats a big advantage!
